All prices and terms of sales are subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. Though we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of vehicle details or their current condition. Sellers should be aware that we cannot always vouch for the legitimacy of payments from buyers.

Limitations of Use

By using this website, you warrant on behalf of yourself, your users, and other parties you represent that you will not:

Registration and Payments

In order to use our services you need to create an account. During the registration process, users will be prompted to choose a username and password. It is imperative that the details provided during this process are authentic. Users are discouraged from registering under someone else’s identity. Inaccurate or outdated information may lead to the termination or suspension of the account and/or its associated services. GoodAsNewAutos has the right to reject any username deemed inappropriate or offensive. Customers are liable for maintaining their accounts and are fully responsible for all activities occurring under their accounts. Should anybody gain unauthorized access to your account, you need to notify us immediately. GoodAsNewAutos is not liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account.

Please note that any payments made on our platform will be processed by PayPal or Stripe. As such, we will not be responsible for processing or retaining any of your financial information. PayPal or Stripe will handle all of your financial information per their respective Terms of Service, and you agree to comply with such Terms of Service.

Our platform offers two subscription plans, namely the Personal Plan and the Business Plan. Our Personal Plan is available for free and allows users to actively list one vehicle for a duration of 28 days. Our Business Plan, priced at $19.99, is designed for users or dealerships looking to list between 2 to 10 vehicles. Each vehicle listing under the Business Plan remains active for 28 days.

We adhere to a strict policy concerning the vehicles’ age listed on our platform. We only list vehicles that are 5 years old or less, with a maximum of 5,000km usage. Please note that if a vehicle is discovered to have exceeded our age criteria during its 28-day listing, we reserve the right to remove the advertisement. However, in cases where a plan has been purchased and a vehicle, not fitting our criteria, is mistakenly listed, we will process a refund for the user.

Purchasing a Vehicle

Prices set by sellers on GoodAsNewAutos might not include additional fees like sales tax, finance charges, or dealer fees. These can be added to the advertised price, resulting in the final sale amount. Before finalizing any purchase on GoodAsNewAutos, verify all essential details, especially the final price, with the seller. GoodAsNewAutos does not vouch for the functionality or authenticity of vehicles or services listed on our platform.

We reserve the right to modify or remove listings that breach our Vehicle Listing and Pricing Guidelines.

While we have “Certified” used cars on our platform, the certification responsibility lies solely with the respective manufacturer or dealer. Prospective buyers should familiarize themselves with the specifics of the certification program before making a purchase. Private seller ads will not appear in the “Certified” sections, which are reserved for vehicles certified by our partnered entities.

Some dealers on GoodAsNewAutos offer anonymous chats, allowing potential buyers to inquire without revealing personal details. If you choose to share contact information during such chats, you are consenting to further communications. The anonymous service depends on third-party providers, so GoodAsNewAutos cannot guarantee its continuous availability or error-free operation.

Potential buyers on our platform are encouraged to communicate and exchange email addresses with sellers. While using GoodAsNewAutos, you concur not to exploit other users’ details or their listings (this includes but is not limited to listing specifics, usernames, email addresses, and contact numbers) for purposes other than contemplating the potential acquisition or sale of a listed automobile.

Listing Your Vehicle

When listing a vehicle on our platform:

• Ensure you are willing to sell at the listed price and terms.
• You must possess the actual vehicle and have the ability to transfer its title.
• Sellers must provide accurate identification and direct contact details.
• Charging for vehicle information or using our platform to promote other services without our prior consent is prohibited.

Sellers using GoodAsNewAutos must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Not be affiliated with vehicle dealerships.
• Not list more than ten vehicles at once without prior arrangements.

Your vehicle listing might be shared with partner sites to enhance visibility. Each listing is specific to one vehicle, and details like year, make, model, or VIN cannot be changed after purchase. Make sure all details are accurate before listing. Typically, listing fees are non-refundable. By using our platform, you accept all associated listing costs and potential upgrade charges, regardless of whether your vehicle sells.

You bear responsibility for your content’s accuracy and integrity. To combat potential fraud, some listings might undergo checks which could slightly delay posting. If discrepancies are detected, we reserve the right to modify or remove listings.

Further commitments when listing on GoodAsNewAutos include:

• Using provided respondent emails solely for sale-related discussions.
• Ensuring all content is accurate, does not infringe on intellectual property rights, and avoids objectionable material.
• Abstaining from misrepresentation.

By listing with us, you grant GoodAsNewAutos a non-exclusive right to use, adapt, and display your content across various platforms.
